  • Weekly Zoom meeting to check on progress and advancement of goals. No in-person sessions.

Frequently asked question

  • I want to keep each session as time-efficient as possible. Ranging from 45 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes (at most). These workouts should be effective, not time-consuming.

  • I use Venmo, Cash App, cash, or checks to record each payment. The Single Session will be individual payments for each session. The packages (Virtual Training too) will require a payment at the beginning of each month.

  • We can easily switch you from one package to another if you aren’t satisfied with what you initially started with. I’ll charge the different package for whatever sessions are left over. For example, if we switch halfway from the the Four Pack to the Eight Pack, I will keep the first half charged as the Four Pack and the second half as the Eight Pack.

  • We will start with the style of preference you choose to train (bodybuilding or general wellness/health). Same as the packages, we will customize a new plan and get you started on it as soon as possible. Pricing stays the same for whatever package you choose.

  • I am committed to coaching individuals of all ages, genders, and backgrounds. As long as someone is open to receiving guidance, I am dedicated to helping them achieve their goals and personal development.

  • There’s a misunderstanding with what bodybuilding is. It isn’t becoming some huge mass monster and gaining extreme amounts of muscle or becoming too bulky. Bodybuilding is shaping your physique into your goals and vision. It varies from each person. It could be you becoming more toned, lean, or losing weight. Don’t shy away from the term bodybuilding. More people train within bodybuilding terms than you think.
